We have meeting rooms available for booking.  

You can book for each day or for all conference day.

Price pr. day is 1.500 DKK.

There is no storage at Venue, Tivoli Congress Center.

If you need storage room, kindly reply to this mail. Then we will arrange a storage room close to the exhibition area for you to store your products/samples.   

You will have the possibility to book a lead scanning app to capture contact details of the visitors at your stand. The App can be downloaded for iOS and Android phones and devices and works by scanning the QR-codes on delegates’ badges. The App makes it faster and easier to follow up on potential clients during and after the congress and has a number of additional functionalities, allowing you to for example immediately send materials and clinical studies to the interested client etc.

Dear NCDV Sponsors and Exhibitors, 

For shipment of stand equipment, stand material and products, you are welcome to use your own couriers. 
NCDV is collaborating with DSV who can provide you courier services. 
See enclosed instructions, pricelist and labels used for shipment. 

Tivoli do not have storage during the conference and do not allow boxes and packages staying after the conference ends for pick up by courier. 
You can contact DSV if you need their assistance. Contact info is in enclosed documents.
